"Piety" is the main foundation of the entire educational process at SMP and SMA Kahf Islamic Boarding School (KIBS). Piety is not only understood as ritual worship, but also as a full awareness of living in obedience to Allah ﷻ in all aspects of life.
In the 21st century, full of trials, moral challenges, and the strong current of globalization, students at KIBS are nurtured to have a strong foundation of faith, to make the Qur'an and Sunnah their life compass, and to remain steadfast amid the changes of the times.
﴿يٰٓأَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُم مِّن ذَكَرٍ وَأُنثَىٰ وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا ۚ إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِندَ اللَّهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ خَبِيرٌ﴾ (QS. Al-Hujurat: 13)
"Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you."
﴿وَمَن يَتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ يَجْعَل لَّهُۥ مَخْرَجًۭا، وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ﴾ (QS. Ath-Thalaq: 2–3)
"And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out and provide for him from where he does not expect."
