KIBS opens student admission (PPDB) in two phases:

1. August – December (Current Year): Phase I
2. January – March (Current Year): Phase II

Outside these periods, prospective students are still welcome to apply as indent candidates and will be scheduled for an entrance evaluation.
We follow the National Curriculum (Diknas) for general subjects, and teach skills such as writing, graphic design, and AI.
To apply to KIBS, prospective students will go through several stages of testing:

1. Psychotest (Academic and Personality)
2. Qur’an Test
3. Arabic Language Test
4. English Language Test
5. Interview with Student and Parents

* The most decisive result is the Student Psychotest.
Qur’an, Arabic, and English will be taught at KIBS. Having prior knowledge in these areas is a plus.
KIBS is open at any time for parents who wish to visit or survey the school.
It is recommended to first contact the teachers or admission staff via the Call Center to schedule the visit.
Alhamdulillah, KIBS has obtained an operational permit from the Department of Education and a building permit from the Bogor Regency Office.
Insyaa Allah, accreditation is currently in process (as of the time this content was published) on July 18, 2025.
For both junior and senior high school levels, the target is three juz each (a total of six juz) with proper tajwid and tahsin. However, there is a takhassus program for students with higher capabilities, who will be grouped based on their level.
KIBS provides futsal court, table tennis, mini gym, badminton, archery, and swimming facilities.
Information is now widely available, and currently we have access to a list of 24 Middle Eastern universities that students can apply to. We have also established cooperation with Al-Masjid an-Nabawi to submit Islamic texts both offline and online (Alhamdulillah).

At the Senior High School level, we offer two majors:

  1. Science Major: Emphasis on Math, English, and Natural Sciences. Prepares students for national university entrance exams.
  2. Language Major: Emphasis on Arabic and English. Prepares students for studies in the Middle East.
  1. There is a monthly break (3 days) to allow students to go home and maintain communication with parents.
  2. Parents may visit every 2 weeks if they wish to come to the school.
  3. Students may be contacted by phone through the teachers' phones.
