Kahf International Boarding School (KIBS) Students Attend Special Halaqah with Shaykh Dr. Hasan Bukhari in Makkah

On Sunday, August 3rd, 2025, students of Kahf International Boarding School (KIBS) in Bogor had the honor of receiving a special invitation to attend a halaqah with Shaykh Dr. Hasan Bukhari, one of the prominent scholars in Makkah.

During this special gathering, Shaykh Dr. Hasan Bukhari invited two KIBS students to come forward, introduce themselves, and demonstrate their memorization.
Darujati Satrio Wicaksono had the honor of reciting verses from the Qur’an, while Deniz Farsyad Hidayat recited from the matan Tuhfatul Athfal.

Alhamdulillah, both students delivered their recitations fluently and eloquently in front of an international audience attending the halaqah.

After the session with Shaykh Dr. Hasan Bukhari, Shaykh Shalah, a staff member of Masjid al-Haram, personally welcomed the KIBS students and hosted them for a dinner gathering.

The entire Kahf team expresses their heartfelt gratitude to the scholars and donors in Saudi Arabia for the invitation, the warm hospitality, and the valuable opportunity given.

May Allah reward all those involved with abundant blessings and make it a weighty deed on their scale of good on the Day of Judgment. May this experience further inspire Kahf students to deepen their love for the Qur’an, the Arabic language, and the classical texts of Islamic knowledge.
